Our History

Pictured: Leah Andrews (Left) and Kelly Lehman (Right)
Kelly Marie Lehman, an Army "brat," returned to Dayton as an adult after years of living elsewhere and earned degrees in Business at Sinclair Community College,
Human Services Administration and Management at Antioch University.

Kelly established Stewardship Resources in 1997 to provide resource development, organizational & strategic planning, grant writing and event management services.
For 20 years, Stewardship Resources provided an outlet for Kelly's entrepreneurial passion on a part-time basis, both during her years as a stay-at-home mom and later while she worked full-time as an employee at various Dayton non-profit organizations.
In 2017, Stewardship Resources evolved into a social enterprise that provides grassroots philanthropy through Global Love Dayton, a limited edition line of snow globes created by Lehman with the help of the Australian 'Queen of Snow Globes,' Leah Andrews.
Each design in the Global Love Dayton series will celebrate and support our region’s treasures, of which there are many. Stewardship Resources is an Ohio-based social enterprise that donates 50% of net proceeds to Dayton non-profit organizations.
